Terms of Use
These terms cover the website, a free estimate request, and ads I may run on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. They are not the job agreement.
Work does not start from this page or from an ad. Work starts when we agree on scope and price in writing or by a clear text you can save — and you say yes.
The site
langecontracting.com is the site for Lange Contracting, owner-operated from Kansas City, KS. I serve Johnson County, Wyandotte County, and nearby KCMO when the job fits.
The site can change. Pages can move. I can refuse a job or a service area.
Do not scrape the site, copy the reviews as if they are yours, or use the forms to spam.
Ads
Ads on Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube are invitations to ask for an estimate. They are not a booked job and not a locked price.
If an ad sends you to this site, these terms and the Privacy Policy apply. If you fill a form inside Facebook or Instagram, that form still has to match that policy.
I only advertise work I actually do. The landing page will match the ad.
Free estimates
The form — on this site or in an ad — is a request, not a booking.
Sending the form does not reserve a day. It does not lock a price. It does not mean I have seen the house.
I will text or call using the number you gave. I may ask for photos or a time to look at the work.
An estimate is my best read from what I can see and what you told me. Hidden damage, a different product, extra trips, or a change you ask for can change the number.
If I send a range, treat it as a range. A written job price comes after I know the scope.
Estimates are free. You do not owe me for asking. You do not have to accept texts or emails beyond the job follow-up to get an estimate.
Texts and email
If you ask me to text first, I will use that number for this job.
Seasonal checklist emails only go to people who opt in on that page. See the Privacy Policy.
An ad click is not a marketing-list signup.
What the site and ads are not
The site and ads are not a signed contract, a warranty, a permit, a promise I can start this week, legal or code advice, or a guarantee of a review.
Guides on the site (sticking doors, trim, seasonal list) are general. Your house may be different. If a repair looks unsafe, stop and call.
Photos and reviews
If you send photos of the job, I use them to price and plan that job. I will not post your house on the site or in an ad without asking.
Reviews on the site are from homeowners. I do not invent them. I do not buy fake reviews to run next to an ad.
Liability on the website
Use the site as-is. I work to keep it up. I do not promise it is never down or perfect on every phone.
I am not responsible for losses from using or not being able to use the website itself. The job, if we take it, is handled separately.
Kansas law governs these website terms. Johnson County or Wyandotte County, Kansas is the place for a dispute about the site.
